Once you have selected your check-in time, what happens next?

1) Arrive at your scheduled time. When you arrive, your Factory-Trained Service Advisor will be ready for you with all the information you provide online. During the first part of the check-in process your advisor will review this information to ensure accuracy, ensure understanding of your concerns, and to see if anything needs to be added to your service order.   

2) Vehicle Walk-Around. Your Service Advisor will conduct a walk-around visual inspection of your vehicle while collecting your mileage and any other pertinent information.   

3) Factory-Trained Technician Assignment Based on your service needs, your Service Advisor will assign your vehicle to the best Hyundai-Certified Technician for the job. At this time, the advisor will be able to estimate how long it will take to complete your repairs.   

We want to provide the best service possible. We ask that you provide us with your primary contact number so that a member of our staff can contact you to confirm your check-in time. Please note that any request received after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, after 3 p.m. Saturday, or on Sunday, will receive a reply the following business day.
